Is RadioHaven free?
RadioHaven is free to download and use. The app shows ads.
Do I need an account?
No. Listening and all regular features work without signing in. Google sign-in is only needed when you enter a redemption code, so the redemption can be restored if you change phones.
Can I use RadioHaven on iPhone?
Not yet. RadioHaven is currently available for Android only.
A station won't play. What should I do?
First check that your phone is connected to the internet. Streams are provided by each broadcaster, so if a station is under maintenance or has paused its stream, RadioHaven cannot play it either. If the problem continues, email us and tell us which station.
Can you add other stations?
Available stations are reviewed and updated based on actual stream availability. Suggestions are welcome by email.
How do I make the text bigger?
RadioHaven uses the simple large-text mode by default. For even larger text, adjust Settings → Display → Font size on your phone. RadioHaven follows your phone's setting.
