Welcome to RadioHaven (伴聲, "the app"). The app is provided by Holy Catalpa Limited ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app provides an interface for listening to online streams of Hong Kong radio stations. Programmes and streams are provided by each broadcaster, which owns the copyright and related rights. We do not own, record or rebroadcast any station content.

2. Station availability

Whether a stream is available depends on each broadcaster. Stations may pause or stop streaming for maintenance, technical or other reasons. We review and update the available stations accordingly, but we do not guarantee that any station will remain available.

3. Ads and redemption codes

• The app is free to use and shows ads.
• Redemption codes are issued by us. Each code can be used once, has no cash value and may not be resold.
• We may cancel a redemption if a code was obtained or used improperly.

4. Proper use

You agree not to interfere with, crack or reverse-engineer the app or our servers, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Where to get the app

Please only download the app from the official website, radiohaven.app, or from an official app store in future. Installers from other sources may have been modified, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes on this page. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
